Some minor changes to firearms law-

Expanding rifle BULLETS (not full rounds of ammunition) will no longer be controlled items, and they will be authorised for target use, BUT beware of the conditions on your FAC which may still prevent this.
- When this part of the law is finally enacted properly, If you apply for your certificate renewal AT LEAST eight weeks before expiry, your certificate will automatically be extended for two months if the police cannot renew it before then.
