Phoenix Subscription renewal 2026-7 [update 13:56, 12/4/26]

To all of you who have renewed their membership for the coming year – thank you ! We will send/e-mail your membership letter for 2026-7 around the 14th April, once we’ve got both your forms and subscriptions. (Still 9 to come)

This is always a difficult time for us as we know that one or two members will forget, and one or two will decide that they no longer want to be a member, which we understand – people’s lives change. Following the closure of Sealand six members have already decided not to renew their membership – a shame, and we will miss them.

Sadly, we are obliged to notify the police when someone ceases to be a member. We have extended the deadline to 14th April. After that, anyone who has not renewed (form AND subscription) will no longer be a member and the police will have to be notified.
