For those who pay by BACS

Initially, the “pay by BACS” system was set up to allow members to pay their range fees on the day, but it’s been very sucessful so it was enlarged to take in ammunition and subscriptions.

The difficulty with this success is that I receive payments of (say) £5, and while I recognise that this is a range fee, I don’t know if it’s for a particular range, paid in advance, paid on the day or paid in arrears. When ammunition use and payment for more than one member and/or guest are added to the sum, it takes a lot of guesswork to (eventually) work out what is being paid for, because all I get is a name and a sum.
